Chinese sesame chicken

Super easy and very cheap

1 chicken breast

Chinese five spice powder

Sweet chilli dipping sauce 

Tablespoon of oil

Tablespoon of sesame seeds

Chop your chicken breast into small chunks and place between two sheets of greaseproof paper and bash with a rolling pin to flatten

Sprinkle Chinese five spice all over the chicken ( approximately a tablespoon  )

Turn the chicken over and sprinkle the other side 

Heat the oil in a pan 

Add the chicken breast to the pan and cook over a medium heat for 10-15 minutes turning occasionally 

Add approximately 2 tablespoons of chilli sauce and coat all the chicken pieces

Cook for an additional five minutes until it looks sticky

Sprinkle the sesame seeds all over and then serve
