Sandgrounder Radio foodie Thursday

Following on from Tuesday nights Great British Bake Off we were talking all things Caramel on the breakfast show with Nella this morning !! These were the two recipes I decided to trial ; a Paul Hollywood Toffee and Apple cake and a Jamie Oliver recipe for salted caramel sauce ! Both of these were absolutely delicious ! I tweaked the Toffee cake slightly and baked in a brownie tin for 35 minutes instead of a pudding bowl and didn't add any Toffees as I forgot to buy them !
