Blackberry jam recipe

Easy peasy ! 450grams of blackberries ( this is doable and not millions of blackberries 😂) 450grams sugar 25 MLS of water 1 tablespoon of lemon juice Put everything EXCEPT the sugar into a pan and bring to the boil Once bubbling turn down the heat and simmer for 5 mins ( fruit should be soft ) Add the sugar and turn heat right down until all the sugar had dissolved Once dissolved turn heat up and bubble away until the Temp reaches 105degrees ( DONT STIR ) and link at the bottom for a sugar thermometer to make life easier 😉 Once it reaches temperature remove from heat and leave to Cool and then pour into sterile jars ( link at bottom to buy them ready done )
